A New Website with an Online Booking System
Until now, our accommodation was not represented by its own website, which limited our visibility and ability to reach those guests who search for leisure options online. To change this, improve the customer experience, and take the next step in the company’s development, we have successfully implemented our first digitalization project.
Project goal: To develop a modern, fast, and secure website that allows potential customers to find our accommodation much more easily, provides secure real-time online booking options, integrates e-commerce elements, and automates data synchronization with the most popular platforms, thereby promoting the company’s digital transformation.
Within the framework of the project, a new website corresponding to our company’s image has been developed with a responsive design, ensuring convenient browsing on both smartphones and computers.
The site is fully adapted for use in two languages (Latvian and English).
As a result, we have acquired a fully functioning and publicly accessible website with integrated payments and a synchronized booking calendar. The new, user-friendly system significantly facilitates the booking process, optimizes the daily work of our team, and strengthens the company’s position and competitiveness in the digital environment.
